We are looking for a *HO - Material Supply Management (H/F)* to come onboard in our *Customer Support & services* * Directorate * in Léo's team.
* Your Mission *
As Ho Material Supply Management, you will fully be integrated to CSS Supply Chain to be responsible for executing the global sourcing strategy for spare parts to secure full operational support of the in-service fleet manage aftermarket material supply. The role covers three critical sourcing streams, OEM, Partners and Independent Market Sourcing. The mission is to ensure part availability at the best total cost, mitigate supply risks, secure supply chain continuity, and support service-level performance for all operational fleets. The position leads a team of approx. 10 professionals.
* *OEM, Partner and Independent Market supply management*
* Manage strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and long-term partners.
* Ensure technical conformity, traceability, and full compliance with engineering and regulatory requirements.
* Support engineering in obsolescence management and alternative part qualification.
* Manage a strong panel of brokers and independent sellers to secure short-notice availability.
* Lead market intelligence and stock-availability scanning.
* ensure full documentation compliance (traceability, certifications, testing).
* Avoid AOG and critical operational downtime through proactive sourcing strategies.
* *Supplier Management & Performance*
* Define and monitor supplier KPIs (OTD, quality, costs, lead times, responsiveness).
* Implement performance improvement plans, and supplier visits.
* Conduct risk assessments and supply chain mapping to anticipate disruptions.
* Develop long-term partnerships
* Improve resilience of the supply chain by identifying alternatives

* Allocate responsibilities, define annual targets, and monitor performance.

* To ensuring the operational continuity and competitiveness of the in-service fleet.
* It requires strong leadership, deep sourcing expertise, and the ability to balance strategic sourcing with fast-paced tactical procurement by working closely with Engineering, Quality, Inventory, Planning, Customer Support, and Finance.
* Contribute to digitalization initiatives and procurement process optimization.
* About you *
* Field of study : Master degree level (commercial/business/aeronautics)
* 8-10+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles within an industrial, aerospace, transportation, or technical environment.
* Proven experience managing both OEM/Partner sourcing and Broker/market sourcing.
* Demonstrated capability in managing and developing large supplier networks.
* Successful leadership experience managing a multi disciplinary team
* Strong knowledge of spare parts procurement processes and aftermarket supply chain dynamics.
* Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
* Familiarity with engineering documentation and regulatory traceability requirements.
* Mastery of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement digital tools.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Negotiation excellence and high resilience under operational pressure.
* Analytical mindset, problem solving approach, and strategic thinking.
* Ability to drive transformation and process improvement across teams.
* Fluent in English and French - negociation level (Italian or third language would be a plus)

Nous recherchons un HO - Gestionnaire de l'approvisionnement en matériaux pour rejoindre notre Direction Services & Support Client au sein de l'équipe de Léo.
* Votre mission *
En tant que gestionnaire de l'approvisionnement en matériaux de Ho Material, vous serez pleinement intégré à la chaîne d'approvisionnement CSS pour être responsable de l'exécution de la stratégie mondiale d'approvisionnement en pièces détachées afin d'assurer un support opérationnel complet de la gestion de la flotte en service et de la gestion de la réserve de matériaux aftermarket. Le poste couvre trois filières d'approvisionnement essentielles : OEM, Partners et Independent Market Sourcing. La mission est d'assurer la disponibilité des pièces au meilleur coût total, de réduire les risques d'approvisionnement, de sécuriser la continuité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de soutenir la performance de niveau service pour toutes les flottes opérationnelles. Le poste dirige une équipe d'environ 10 professionnels.
