The Role
The Supply Analyst is accountable for planning the optimal utilization of production and purchasing capacities to meet the demand forecast at targeted service levels while maintaining desired inventory. This team member utilizes planning and optimization tools to continuously correct product over/under supply as well as direct required production, purchasing and inventory redeployment to fulfill customer demand. In this role the Supply Analyst will support the SIOP team and as requested cross-functional interactions with Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing, Operations, R&D and Purchasing teams.
- Manage the short-term supply plan by week for the short-term planning horizon. Create the master production schedule and material requirements plan (MRP) in alignment with the supply plan
- Support cross-functional action teams to improve supply planning KPIs and/or resolve supply related issues. Provide guidance for supply disruptions. Provide feedback to demand planning on common forecasting issues
- Manage the MRP process in SAP. Function as an SAP MM/PP Super User
- Report on supply planning KPIs (supply plan attainment, changeovers, cost, etc.)
- Management of inventory stock at assigned warehouses to meet customers demand utilizing various tools/sources of input (Demand Planning, Sales, Operations)
- Check for all the open POs to send to GR
- Proactively follow-up on all stock transfer POs and third-party POs as needed, adjust shipping expectations to meet stocking needs
- Other Duties as Assigned

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 - $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,650 to $139,150. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, IT or Finance major preferred
Experience Requirements:
4+ years related Supply Chain/Inventory Planning experience in manufacturing
Other requirements include:
Skilled in the use of SAP required with focus on MM & PP
