Become a key player in our Image & Influence unit, where you'll collaborate with experts in press relations, social media, crisis management, and branding. As part of our Global Corporate Communications team, you'll contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects that shape and strengthen our corporate brand's image worldwide.
In this apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience in:
- Managing social media content to enhance engagement and brand presence.
- Supporting brand identity initiatives, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Assisting in video production, from concept to publication.
By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll develop valuable expertise in social media strategy, branding, project coordination, and content creation, essential skills for a future in global corporate communications.
Key responsibilities
Social media editorial planning & management
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content to ensure consistent and engaging communication.
- Help coordinate content contributions and maintain the editorial calendar.
- Publish posts and ensure timely updates across different platforms.
- Learn to analyze performance metrics and extract key insights.
- Support in brainstorming and creating engaging social media content.
- Conduct trend research and competitive analysis for creative inspiration.
Video production & content library coordination
- Manage the content production library and organization.
- Coordinate production agencies
- Support the development of creative briefs for photoshoots and video shoots.
- Organize production logistics, including contacting hotels and scheduling shoots.
- Follow up on content production from shooting to final publication.
- Participate in creative brainstorming to enhance content quality.
Corporate brand identity projects
- Contribute to branding projects by helping update brand guidelines and reference documents (e.g., brand book, reports).
- Assist in sourcing relevant content (images, videos, copy) that align with the brand's identity.
- Assist in sourcing new branded products and merchandise for the internal goodies boutique.
- Help manage the boutique stock levels, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
- A student in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field (equivalent to master's level).
- Passionate about social media, branding, and digital marketing.
- Creative, with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
- Fluent in English, with excellent adaptability.
- Team player, curious, and proactive.
Availability
This position is available from September 2026 to September 2027.
