We are looking for a Global Security Manager! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

Reporting to the Global Security Director, you are responsible for translating the company's global security strategy into actionable operational programs and ensuring their consistent deployment across all regions. You ensure the protection of people, assets, information, and operations by leading global security operations, coordinating regional teams, and driving execution excellence.

  • You will translate the global security strategy into actionable operational plans, policies and programs, and ensure their consistent deployment and adoption across all regions.

  • You will monitor the effectiveness of global security programs through KPIs, reporting, and performance reviews, and continuously improve frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and resilience.

  • You will support internal controls, audits, and reporting processes.

  • You will oversee day-to-day global security operations, ensuring effective implementation of Travel Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Intelligence & Risk Analysis.

  • You will maintain operational readiness and ensure standardized processes across all geographies.

  • You will oversee incident response and incident management, including process, tools and training, and be in charge of the on-duty process.

  • You will lead and develop a global network of Regional Security Managers and be responsible for the operational budget.

  • You will foster collaboration between global and local teams to ensure alignment and information flow.

  • You will provide operational guidance and support to affiliates on security topics and ensure alignment with global protocols.

  • You will contribute to the identification of emerging risks by leveraging intelligence and field insights.

  • You will ensure security standards and programs are adapted to evolving threats and operational environments.

  • You will drive security awareness initiatives across the organization and promote accountability and best practices at all levels.

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don't wait to apply!

You hold a Master's degree in security, defense, international relations, business school or equivalent, and bring at least 8 years of experience in security and crisis management, preferably in an international environment.

  • You have strong knowledge of corporate security, risk management, and crisis response, as well as a solid understanding of geopolitical and security environments.

  • You have proven experience in deploying global programs and operating models, and the ability to design and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

  • You have excellent influence without authority and decision-making under uncertainty skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholders at executive level.

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong writing and synthesis skills, and are fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).

  • You are highly autonomous, proactive, and accountable, with an excellent ability to operate in complex, multicultural environments and to perform under pressure, especially during crises.

  • You are available for on-call duty, able to participate in the global crisis management team when required, and open to international travel.
