Description du poste
Responsible for implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Managing and interacting with key customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and foster long-term partnerships.
Participate in developments/changes at each cement plant, including any changes to the plant needs due to changes in cement performance or process parameters or cement activators.
Responsible for forecasting of sales volumes, for cement plants, and developing sales plans to ensure that sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demand. T
Prepare and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement, and customer behavior.
Responsible for negotiating sales contracts, pricing agreements, and other commercial terms with customers to secure business and maximize profitability.
Support in ensuring performance requirements of new products are met.
Action on any customer complaints, log NCR's and managing the CNR process to closure and corrective action
Ensure on all customer repairs and minimum turnaround times on cement additive dosing systems through the field services team and ensure continuous after sales support to customer base, both cement manufacturers and blenders
Responsible for planning and conducting industrial trials at the cement plants. Compile industrial trial reports and feedback to all involved stakeholders
Promote new cement additive product launches. Introduce these to the cement plants and demonstrate added value. Increase the company's awareness and recognition by providing high quality technical products and services and promoting excellent customer service.

Overall, the purposes of the sales engineer are to drive sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and ensure operational efficiency within the sales function.
