To extend our reach and make our Own Brand (Marques Des Habitants - MDH) products available to even more people worldwide, ADEO launched the Xtend initiative: a network of international partners distributing our products outside Adeo Business Units.
We're now looking for a Business Liaison Manager to accelerate this growth and strengthen the commercial relationship with our partners across Europe.
YOUR MISSION
As Sales MAnager, you are the key point of contact between ADEO Services and our international partners.
You drive business growth by developing Own Brand ranges and ensuring smooth collaboration across all stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities include:
Develop and grow the business with each partner by promoting and selling our Own Brand ranges.
Build and prioritize offers across all MDH categories (promotional and permanent ranges) in alignment with partner needs and seasonality.
Manage the commercial relationship between ADEO and each partner, ensuring strong collaboration and transparency.
Coordinate offers with internal and external logistics constraints to meet partner timelines and commercial priorities.
Anticipate changes: ensure ranges are up to date, new projects are shared, and market evolutions are integrated.
Facilitate collaboration between product, design, quality, sourcing, and supply chain teams.
Share best practices and success stories to reinforce the partnership dynamic.
You'll evolve in a multi-disciplinary and international ecosystem, collaborating with:
Market teams (design engineers, brand coaches, packaging & communication experts)
Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, and Sourcing offices
Partner companies and potential new partners
YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for an experienced and autonomous professional who combines strong commercial drive with organizational rigor.
You have:
At least 3 years of experience within ADEO (or equivalent in an international, matrixed organization)
A proven commercial mindset: proactive, tenacious, and result-oriented
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
The ability to adapt and build relationships at all levels - internally and externally
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Fluency in English (C1) and at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Spanish, Hungarian, or Slovene
Proficiency in PERSEUS (internal tool for offers and data management)
A solid understanding of ADEO's production structure and Own Brand ecosystem
You are resilient, creative in finding solutions, and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
