Context
Within Adeo's Digital Industry (DIN), the Offer & Sourcing domain drives the digital transformation of product offer creation, product referencing, content management and publishing, supplier relationships, and negotiations.
The Content Management team designs and develops digital solutions to create, track, and reference all the content required for an MDH product to be marketed.
The position includes responsibility for the following digital products:
- VisuAll: A workflow solution for validating artworks and media.
- D3DEO: The 3D media repository.
- Pictothèque: The pictogram repository.
- SolidWorks: A solution used to create wireframe 3D formats.
- MAP (Manage Artworks Production): A solution for managing the information displayed on packaging.
- Rocket Bullet: An AI-powered solution that generates commercial texts for e-commerce websites.
Your role
As Product Manager, you define the strategy, roadmap and key features of your product scope. You ensure that digital solutions deliver measurable value, aligned with Adeo's sourcing strategy and Adeo Productions' growth ambitions. You translate business challenges into product opportunities, engage stakeholders, and guide Product Owners and squads to deliver maximum impact.
Main missions
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap,
- Ensure alignment with Adeo's market strategy and Adeo Productions' ambitions,
- Prioritize initiatives and arbitrate to maximize product impact,
- Capture needs and opportunities from business leaders
- Guide Product Owners in backlog definition and delivery,
- Track and communicate key product KPIs,
- Drive the usage and adoption of CCDP global solutions within Adeo Productions,
- Foster collaboration, authenticity, openness and impact within the squad and across domains.
✅ Profile we are looking for
- Strong experience in Product Management, with end-to-end ownership (vision → delivery → adoption),
- Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and drive transformation,
- Excellent stakeholder management across functions and time zones,
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Passion for agile ways of working and delivering measurable impact.
