The Opportunity
We're hiring Verifi's first true Product Manager, a builder who will help shape how product management is practiced here. You'll drive the rebuild of our core software platform, define the roadmap for new insights and automation features, and partner closely with hardware development, engineering, data science, and GTM leaders to bring Verifi's next generation to life.

What You'll Do
- Define and drive the roadmap for Verifi's core SaaS platform, from first principles to adoption and scale.
- Lead discovery: Work directly with ready-mix producers, contractors, and internal teams to uncover and prioritize real-world workflows, needs, and opportunities.
- Contribute to Verifi's product foundations: Work alongside the Head of Product to establish lightweight, modern product practices ranging from discovery and prioritization frameworks to release and KPI tracking.
- Apply AI where it matters most: Identify and implement practical applications of AI that improve concrete management ranging from predictive quality and material optimization to in-transit automation and actionable insights for operators.
- Partner cross-functionally with Data Science, R&D, and GTM to translate deep domain expertise into scalable digital products.
- Measure impact: Define and track metrics like truck activation, feature adoption, and ROI delivered per customer.
- Champion clarity and focus: Help the organization make confident trade-offs between customer requests, market opportunities, and long-term defensibility.
Description du profil
Who You Are
- 6-10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS ideally with exposure to IoT or data-heavy products.
- Proven success shipping products with small teams.
- Comfortable influencing without authority and challenging legacy assumptions.
- Previous experience leading platform rebuilds and API development.
- Experience applying AI or ML to real-world operational problems like predictive, optimization, or automation use cases.
- A systems thinker who can connect hardware signals, data models, and user workflows and translate them into valuable and viable solutions.
- Analytical and outcome oriented. You can define and leverage metrics to drive decisions.
- Experience leveraging GenAI productivity tooling.
- Bonus: Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing.
