The Sr. Product Manager - Filtration performs a critical role in managing the overall medical filtration product and marketing strategy. Will support new business opportunities by working closely with the customer and sales organization to understand the product specification and requirements, collaborate with the Application Engineering (AE) team to develop a solution and deliver pricing proposal / quotes to the sale team.
Will maintain existing & developing new sales tools and support information to promote medical filtration capabilities. Will develop technical product content that, in partnership with the marketing communications team, will be utilized for purposes such as videos, websites, social media, trade publication articles, datasheets, etc.
In collaboration with the Pricing Specialist, the Sr. Product Manager will develop pricing strategies that maximize the organization's profits and market share, while also ensuring customer needs are met. The role is expected to share pricing insights and recommendations with our global organizations.
In collaboration with Applications Engineering, the Sr. Product Manager will perform competitive analysis and benchmarking to support market development for new medical markets.
Key Accountabilities:
Product Management: Develop and implement market- and region-specific strategies to build brand awareness of Saint-Gobain Medical Filtration and grow revenue. Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Gain key understanding of the value proposition and establish clear marketing roadmap to communicate such value proposition into the market.
Support New Business Opportunities: Collaborate with Sales, AE, Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure end-to-end management of the quoting and development cycle for new business.
Promotion & Sales Support: Establish clear and defendable value propositions with a focus on differentiation. Create both internal and external Sales Tools, Sales Training, Promotional Literature, Technical data compilation, and Thought Leadership collateral in support of the brand and messaging in partnership with the Marketing Communication team.
Price Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies for target markets and developing regions. Review and approve pricing proposals within approval range designated by Leadership; supported by the pricing specialist role.
Product Stewardship and Support of Existing Business: Responsible for Product stewardship and life cycle management of existing product portfolio. Responsible for applying consistent product management tools & methodologies.
Personal Management: Coach, mentor and manage all direct reports to foster both individual development as well as optimal personnel performance to support business objectives.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $99,900 to $154,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $112,887 to $174,924. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Bachelor's Degree within Business, Engineering, Marketing or Related Field; Required.
Master's Degree within Business or Marketing; Preferred.
7+ years experience - Technical product and/or application engineering experience in a manufacturing environment; Required.
Experience - Translating technical specifications into product recommendations; Required.
5+ years experience - Product Management, Marketing/Sales, Quoting & Pricing; Required.
3+ years experience within Filtration Technology/Product Experience; Required.
Experience within Medical Device Industry; Preferred.
Travel up to 30%, global (primarily domestic, with travels to Asia once annually); Required.
