Description
As Headof Sales Support and Performance, you will lead in dotted management the salesteam across multiple countries, driving revenue growth, strengthening customerrelationships, and ensuring the effective execution of the sales strategy andassociated objectives. You will play a key role in aligning local salesinitiatives with global objectives while managing and mentoring a diverse,high-performing sales team. The sales teams stand in Digital Solutions and SUEZBUs so the ability to develop a strong transversal collaboration will be key. Theposition reports to the Marketing Director of SUEZ Digital Solutions.
Responsibilities
Sales performance
- Develop a global sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, market opportunities and commercial pipeline. Manage sales team performance through regular follow-up and implement actions needed.
- Structure the sales teams identifying mutualization opportunities. Develop cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies in collaboration with sales team, solution lines, operations and marketing departments.
Sales support
- Coordinate the activities of sales teams across multiple countries. Provide support on local sales strategy.
- Organize trainings on products and sales' methods. Identify the sales needs (documents / tools) and follow the development with marketing team.
- Mentor sales managers to build a high-performing, motivated team. Organize sales team seminar & virtual gathering.
Customer relationship management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent SUEZ Digital Solutions at high-level customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product and service improvements.
Performance monitoring and reporting
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for the Management Committee.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.
Market expansion and innovation
- Lead efforts to expand into new markets and segments by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with solution lines, operations, marketing, and other teams to align sales initiatives with product innovations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Description du profil
Profilerequired
Experience: At least 15 years in international sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams in multiple regions and different entities.
Experience in selling complex technological products (min. 5 years) - software or hardware and software.
Education: Master's degree or MBA in business, management, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at executive levels.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational plans effectively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, taste for the field, great autonomy, and proactivity.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages (e.g. Spanish) are highly desirable.
