SUEZConsulting is the engineering and consulting branch of the SUEZGroup that assists local authorities and industrial companies in theirecological and energy transition as well as in their adaptation to climatechange. Our talents are therefore operating in the environment sector (water,waste, biodiversity, etc.), urban planning, energy and mobility sectors,serving the environmental transition of our public and private customers.

You willjoin the International Department (DI) of Suez Consulting. DI has a turnover ofmore than 50M€, realized in EU, Eastern Europe, Asia, Pacific, Africa andMiddle East. The projects are mostly financed by international donors (AFD, WB,ADB, EU, EIB...), for which our teams intervene in engineering and consultingof essential services: water & wastewater infrastructures, environment& waste circular economy, urban planning, mobilities, energy transition andeconomy and governance - mainly in developing and emerging countries.

YOURMISSIONS

The SalesAssistant works in support of our business Consultants to design commercialoffers and send them to the clients according to the right procedure.

  • You worktogether with our experts, managers and strategy consultants to prepare anddeliver commercial offers and tender files on time.
  • You gather the necessary files and administrative/commercialinformation close to the concerned people within SUEZ Consulting (Consultants,Managers, Technical experts…)
  • You ensurethat offers and tender files are complete and perfectly finished beforesending. Your skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word will be key for it..
  • Youorganize meetings and workshops of our consultants with the clients.
  • As part ofthe sales team , you contribute to the business development target by improvingthe excellence in proposal preparation; you organize REX on lost/winopportunities, develop a Market Intelligence about market/competition landscapeand propose strategies to increase success rate.
  • You payattention to the respect of sales processes: Irreproachable use of CRM, fullmastery of Sales and Risk Management processes. You actively provide feedbackand seeks manner to improve processes and tools
  • You areworking in an international environment and collaborate with sales managers inBelgium and abroad
  • Yousupport the sales team in preparing presentations to clients, reviewinglayouts, etc.

Description du profil

YOURPROFILE

  • You haveat least a bachelor in a field related to Sales, Marketing and Communication,or a relevant experience for a Sales role.
  • You haveat least 2 years of experience in support in sales or business development ormarketing.
  • You have experience in giving sales support on commercial offers ortenders : designing offer documents, tender process management, update ofConsultant's CV, update companyreferences, update of commercial conditions.
  • You cancope with tight deadlines.
  • You arefluent in English + French
  • You arefully proficient in Microsoft office (advanced level).
  • You are ateam player and flexible.
  • You likeinteractions and contacts with people (cross geographies teams).
