Salary $40.00 - $50.00 per hour. M-F 1st shift 5:00am - 1:30pm plus overtime. Plus Quarterly Bonus's paid.

The Senior Process Technician is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust injection molding processes to ensure high-quality, zero-defect production. This includes process development, troubleshooting, DOE execution, process verification, parameter audits, and annealing profile development. The role also involves creating SOPs and Work Instructions for critical jobs, leading root cause analysis with multidisciplinary teams, supporting MRB events, collaborating with tooling and engineering for mold improvements, and implementing downtime reduction projects. Additional responsibilities include training operators and technicians and ensuring process stability and repeatability.
Enter all required job information into the system. Identifies product defect, compiles data on all processing parameters and directs the training of new employees. Evaluate tooling and provide improvement suggestions to supervisor and Sr. Process Technician.
Improve mold set up time and cycle time.

· High School degree/GED (Required)
Associates or Bacheloe degree Mechanical Engineering or related (Preferred)
· 7+ years experience Injection Molding/Plastics manufacturing, proven experience in troubleshooting complex molding issues and implementing corrective action. (Required)
· Arburg + Engel, RJG Master Molder Certification or quivalent in Scientific Injection Molding, Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher), DOE (DCesign of Experiments) Training Certification. (Preferred)
