Electromechanical Technician - Manufacturing, Omniseal Solution, $35.00-$50.00 per hour. Shift schedule 1:00PM - 9:30PM M-F plus Overtime.

The Omniseal Solutions division under the Mobility business is looking for an Engineering Technician to join the Saint-Gobain team.

Electromechanical Technician - The ideal individual will have experience manufacturing machinery and facility services including building and operating systems maintenance, repair and improvement and custodial services. An employee in this position works in an environment in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention. Strict adherence to Corporate and/or local policies, rules, and regulations in these areas is required. A commitment to carrying out the Company's Policies is required. An employee in this position must focus on customers' expectations, prevent problems, and strive for continuous improvement resulting in improved results for themselves, customers and other employees.

• Accountable for safe maintenance activities. Follow safety systems and procedures to employees and contractors such as LOTO, permits to work, safety audits etc.
• Timely completion of breakdowns and answer radio calls
• Works with the admin staff in the maintenance department to help, develop, identify needs based on parts, PMs, etc.
• Completes work orders both request and PMs in a timely matter
• Escalate to supervisor or manager when issues arise and critical items are needed for safety, operations, etc.

• Drive 5S maturity in maintenance shop
• Participates in new process/ project Early Equipment Management

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $80,080 to $114,400. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.]

• GED/HS Diploma (preferred)
• Must have 2+ years excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic (required)
• 3+ years Repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems required
• Experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or computer aided facilities management system (CAFM).(preferred).
