You will be responsible for ensuring relevant SG and local S.H.E. standards are complied with. You'll Work towards the goal of Zero Defects, Zero Breakdown and Zero Accidents, ensure operational efficiencies are maintained, carry out all aspects of TPM ensuring reliability of site and site equipment, and support all relevant site projects within area of expertise.First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working, and will commit to achieving our brand promise to our valued customers. So, if you would say yes to the majority of the points below, you'd probably be a great fit and we would be really interested to hear how we can bring your individuality to our great team: • You have electrical maintenance and breakdown experience with good mechanical aptitude • You have knowledge of machine control systems and electrical supplies • You have a good mechanical and electrical understanding • You have proven experience providing high quality TPM and supporting project work • You are an engaged team player, able to communicate effectively and work well under pressure • You are available to work a 2 shift pattern as required, including early mornings and late afternoons and if required by the business in the future you may be required to work an occasional night shift

• Promoting a safety first culture and ensuring we are compliant with safety, health and environmental standards, along with all other relevant standards including ISO and TS • Creating, supporting and carrying out TPM, including 5S, general maintenance duties, operational efficiencies and early equipment management • Supporting with production breakdowns and process engineering requirements • Working towards reduced defects and breakdowns
