Description du poste

MISSION:
Partnerships Director, Europe leads the commercial growth of the MICHELIN Guide across Europe (23 markets), steering a team of eight Business Development Managers and driving the successful delivery of partnership revenue targets and organizational growth. The Partnerships Director, Europe is ultimately responsible for the organization and performance for Europe Lifestyle business line.
This role acts as the bridge between the global commercial strategy and the Europe market execution, ensuring that the MICHELIN Guide's value proposition is positioned effectively with partners, prospects, and key stakeholders.
The Partnerships Director, Europe manages the MICHELIN Lifestyle partnership team members, directly, managing a team of Business Developers and a Regional Marketing Manager. The Partnership Director steers the Europe P&L in collaboration with the Europe Head of Events.
The Partnerships Director, Europe is accountable of the overall performance of the Partnership Business : Sales, Margin on COS, contribution margin, customer satisfaction. He/she supervises the operations from planning to delivery, enforcing seamless collaboration with other MICHELIN Lifestyle departments and central teams.
The Partnerships Director actively supports the deployment and adoption of the partnership business best practices in the region, and actively contributes to worldwide business performance enhancement, fostering collaboration with the worldwild partnership director network.
SALES STRATEGY & REVENUE GROWTH:
* Own regional revenue targets and drive year-on-year growth through proactive pipeline development and strategic account acquisition
* Translate global sales vision into an actionable regional strategy, working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy
* Demonstrate value creation through new sponsorship opportunities within priority market sectors including tourism, luxury, lifestyle, F&B, and financial services
* Manage the P&L for assigned region, driving sales growth and profitability through strategic sales planning and execution - ensure accurate and timely forecasting of revenue
* Ensure a robust sales steering process including the implementation of a Key Account Planning framework
* Guarantee up to date and accurate SFA CRM client and opportunities data for effective sales steering
* Champion long-term partnership value, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Managers, fostering a culture of ambition, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
* Set clear performance expectations, ensuring sales team alignment with sales processes, practices and policies
* Support the team in complex negotiations, strategic account planning, and high-value partnership conversions
* Manage a Regional Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Regional Head of Events to ensure fluid regional steering from prospecting and pitch development to project delivery
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
* Work closely with global sales leadership to align on priorities, share insights and contribute to the evolution of the global commercial strategy
* Partner with marketing, operations, digital and editorial teams to ensure a strong market presence, client-centered approach delivering value to partners
* Contribute to a culture of sharing among regional partnership leaders to ensure consistent and coordinated implementation of the global sales vision and effective prioritization of multi-regional or global partnership opportunities
