The Financial Manager is responsible to direct and control the financial and physical assets/liabilities of the company, ensuring profitable management of the business whilst contributing to achieving corporate goals and complying with Saint-Gobain and local statutory requirements.
The primary role of this position is to support the MD of the entity to ensure accurate, informative and timeous support to ensure business growth whilst complying to internal and external regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years business experience with significant and progressively responsible positions, mainly in Finance.
- Finance experience (covering all aspects of financial accounting and reporting) of which at least 5 years at a supervisory/ mid-level managerial level
- Significant experience in driving through programs in matrix organizations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and problem solve.
- Demonstrate project management experience with major capital investments and ideally experience of successfully integrating acquisitions.
- Candidate needs to have strong business acumen, be proactive and able to self-start.
- Multilingual preferred. However, fluency in English, (good oral and written communication skills) is essential.

- Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Work with management team to drive improvement in results; operating profit, return on investment, cash flow, participate in steering committees for major capital projects
- Oversee all treasury functions for the entity, including cash pooling, bank account management and bank facilities
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are identified, measured, and improved
- Understand and analyze variances using bridges (SVA/PVA)
- Ensure smooth monthly closing process and provide monthly comments on financials
- Ensure reliability of the financial transactions according to corporate standards and accounting procedures, including IFRS
- Conduct deep analyses of underperforming businesses and implement corrective actions
- Work collaboratively to improve business processes
- Oversee management of working capital, including inventory, account receivables and payables
- Manage processes for accruals, auditing (internal & external), financial forecasting, long-term business plans, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with CSG policies, including to close on time all open action plans in Interact tool
- Ensuring compliance with all local regulations, including tax filing, permits and certification renewals and insurance declarations
- Reviewing the monthly payroll for accuracy and approving in the bank.
- Support the regional CFO with any matter as required, e.g. Treasury related matters, legal, tax, audit, dividends etc.
- Collaborate with inter-departments and teams to oversee financial/ cash flow impacts and implications, not limited to, price increases, product offering, inventory, etc.
- Lead the local implementation of ERP systems as part of the group's objectives.
- Publish the company's financial statements on time
- Be responsible for the data quality and data structuring
- Maintain healthy relationship with internal customers
- Lead and develop all aspects of the Finance teams
- Ad hoc assignments, projects and investigations
