Description du poste
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving equipment reliability, maintainability, and operational performance across the manufacturing facility. This position leads the efforts to reduce unplanned downtime, improve asset utilization, and optimize maintenance strategies through predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance programs. The Reliability Engineer partners closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to identify equipment losses, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. Established responsibilities include predictive maintenance, inspection programs, condition monitoring, maintenance strategy development, and technical problem-solving.
Description du profil
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
- Master's Degree preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability engineering experience.
- Experience in heavy manufacturing, process manufacturing, building products, mining, cement, gypsum, paper, chemicals, or similar industries preferred.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and reliability programs required.
- Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems preferred.
