What's the job?

**This role is eligible for remote work**

This position will have responsibility for developing, implementing, and monitoring our Credentialed Contractor strategy for our CertainTeed Exterior products (Roofing and Siding). Critical aspect will be understanding needs of our CT contractor base, and how we bring value through our loyalty programs, installation training and marketing/business support. They will work closely with VP Sales for EPS, Regional VPs of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, Business/Product Management for both RPG and SPG BU's, and Corporate Marketing and IT in understanding our top credentialed contractors who support and sell both Residential Roofing and Siding products to homeowners, Builders and other real estate developers (multifamily homes).

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $165,500 to $264,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 24% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $205,200 to $327,980. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
This role may also be eligible to participate in the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program which is awarded annually at management's discretion.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent training which will provide a working knowledge of sales, marketing, and pricing policies and strategies. Master's Degree a plus, although not required.
  • 10-15 years of industry experience with 5 years minimum of management experience
  • Detail oriented and deadline sensitive.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and work on several projects at a time.
  • Communication skills, including online meeting management.
  • Requires adaptability and methodical/analytical problem solving skills.
  • Strong customer orientation experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • If Malvern PA based travel expectation is about 40%, if remote travel expectation is up to 75%
