We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Intern to join the Premium Communications team from January to July 2025. Based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, the Premium Communications Intern will provide support to the Premium Communications team in the development, execution and management of activities and projects related to Premium brands globally. The role supports commercial activities, communications projects, public relations tasks, internal comms, among others.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in creating a global roadmap comms plan & strategy according to different messages, channels & targets
- Support the creation of brand communications documents
- Build templates and resources to support the regions across the world
- Assist with the development of press releases and involved in the Accor newsroom process
- Help monitor and analyze the performance of PR and communication initiatives
- Monitor daily news updates by competitors and share key articles with internal communications team
- Support research on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities
- Support the team in the Internal Communications planning
- Supporting the team in the conception, organization and implementation of various projects and events
Knowledge and Experience
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and French
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of graphic design software (InDesign), is a plus
- Previous experience in the hotel industry, marketing or communications, is an asset
