We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a Accounting Assistant to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

Description du poste

  • Support Chief accountant on day-to-day basis
  • To gather arising vouchers, to report revenue and debts; manage AR/AP
  • To prepare and check monthly financial statements to the parent company, quarterly reports,;
  • To explain reported data and provide records and data to tax, audit and inspection agencies upon request of statistics and synthesis of accounting data when having request;
  • To Collect, to store and to preserve invoices and vouchers, to keep accounting data confidential;
  • The work of the General Accountant and other tasks upon the request of the Board of Directors;
  • Job details will be discussed in the interview.

Description du profil

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Accountant
  • Experienced in preparing and issuing VAT invoice
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong command of word processing and spreadsheet tools
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong reasoning ability and keen attention to detail
  • Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English; fluency in English is preferred
