* Performs work-site inspections (sewage network investigations and repairs) on activities performed by Suez or by Others, and ensure their compliance with established procedures.
* Lead project to optimize the process of the works carried on directly by Suez and identify ways to improve the works performed by others.
* Establish technical reports as required by the project teams and the client.
* Liaise with the relevant team members to gather progress indicators, and then prepare and present the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the project management team and client.
* Seek means of optimizing project results and submits solutions to the project manager.
* Support the local teams in proposing REX documents, either concerning technical issue or related to the improvement in the management system.
* Update Management Manual when needed.
* Supervise the Management System and ensure it complies with requirements of SUEZ standard, UAE regulation, or ISO requirements.
* Monitor non-conformity, claims, improvement, and closeout of corrective and preventive actions.
* Ensure that the Actions Plans are properly fed, reviewed, updated, and closed.
* Prepare and follow up technical assessments or audits performed on the different work areas.
* Participating wherever / whenever possible in defining safe work practices to promote Health and Safety on the job.
* Authorized to stop any activity presenting a serious and imminent danger.
* Announce all dysfunctions particularly those concerning quality field.
* Develop and expand people capabilities by regular and comprehensive feedback on Management system.

* Knowledge in water & wastewater sector - particularly on sewage networks (construction and/or rehabilitation)
* Knowledge about Hazards on wastewater treatment plant and networks
* Good interpersonal skills and Well-organized.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Communicating clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
* Good command in written / spoken English.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* From 2 to 4 years in the same field
