You will join the International Division of Suez Consulting. The International Division has a turnover of over €40M, generated in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Most of the projects are financed by international donors (AFD, WB, ADB, BAD, EU, EIB, etc.), for which our teams provide engineering and consultancy services for essential services: water, waste, roads, railways, energy, the environment, urban management, etc. in developing and emerging countries.

PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination and organization of the project team;
• Communication with the Client and relevant project stakeholders;
• Preparation of weekly, monthly and other project-related reports;
• Preparation of the project budget and financial monitoring of project implementation;
• Planning and management of the project resources;
• Ensuring proper implementation of project activities within the set deadlines;
• Preparation of documentation for requesting approval or replacement of experts;
• Monitor experts' time-sheets, checking the compliance of quantitative and qualitative content of time-sheets;
• Preparing and follow-up documentation related to securing approval of Incidental Expenditure: tender dossiers (technical requirements to be provided by experts); invitations to tender; tender evaluation reports; submission of requests for no-objection;
• Coordination of the project audit process.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in the relevant field, preferably Management, Economics or Engineering;
• At least 5 years of professional experience;
• Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, reading);
• Advanced proficiency of MS Office software is essential - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
• Previous experience in the implementation of EU and/or IFIs-funded projects is an advantage;
• Familiarity with EU and/or IFIs procurement procedures is a distinct advantage;
• Excellent inter-personal skills, proactive with a good sense of initiative;
• Highly organized with great attention to details and time management skills;
• Able to work autonomously.
