Context:

Saint-Gobain Group Digital and IT is responsible for defining, implementing and managing the Group's Information Systems (IS) with its 1,000 subsidiaries at 6,500 sites in the world. The Group Digital and IT also carries the common resources (infrastructures, telecommunications, digital platforms, transversal applications).

The Cybersecurity Projects Team is part of the Group Cybersecurity Team within Group Digital & IT. The team delivers cybersecurity projects in line with the strategy and security objectives. We are a transversal team, supporting the cybersecurity expert teams (CyberSOC, Infrastructure Security, Application Security, Industrial Security, Policy & Compliance) in delivering their projects.

Project Managers are facilitators and focus on ensuring that cybersecurity projects are delivered efficiently, qualitatively and in line with budget constraints, while coordinating the various stakeholders involved (technical experts, business teams, executives…).

As part of the rollout of the 2026-2028 Cybersecurity Strategic Roadmap, we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our project team.

Remote work: Up to 2 days per week. Attendance at the Tour Saint-Gobain to be aligned with the cybersecurity team's presence

Objectives:

This role involves managing diverse cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with technical and functional requirements. You will be an integral member of the project team and will participate in the various internal governance bodies. You will also work closely with other Group cybersecurity teams, local cybersecurity teams and support functions (legal, purchasing…).

Types of projects:

• Deployment of cybersecurity solutions and tools.
• Compliance initiatives (GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
• Remediation and action plans following audits or penetration tests.
• Integration of security into major IT projects.

Activities and deliverables:

• Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from scoping to delivery, including defining objectives, scope, and risk assessment.
• Ensure project execution follows best practices in planning, budgeting, quality, and communication.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business units, IT, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor deliverables and provide regular reporting (prepare and lead project committees, attend steering committees, produce presentations for Cyber SteerCo, maintain project portfolio tools).
• Guarantee compliance with internal and external security standards (MSR, Security Policy, DPSAT, DSIP, NIS2, GDPR, etc.).
• Manage project budgets and track financial performance.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes for cybersecurity solutions.
• Participate to the renewal of our security solutions, in coordination with the other cybersecurity teams and the purchasing department.

Qualification & requirements:

• Master's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within cybersecurity or IT environments.
