We are seeking reliable, hard-working Production Workers for our Hoosick Falls, NY location.

Position: Coating Operator - Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes

• The position is responsible for operating an Adhesive Coating oven to produce pressure sensitive adhesive tape. Must pass and be certified in Static and Grounding as well as Bonding training.
• Impact: In this role you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts, Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• Pay: $19.20/hr to start; $21.05 after successful completion of 90 days. Training on day shift 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday. Once you move to 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM schedule there is a shift differential of $1.00 per hour.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, use simple math and use basic hand held measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• While prior manufacturing experience is preferred, we will provide on-the-job training for qualified applicants.
