What's the job?

• Ensures Operational Efficiency: The supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure production processes run smoothly, minimizing downtime and improving productivity.
• Maintains Quality Standards: They are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality control standards, helping to reduce defects and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Leads and Motivates Teams: By managing and motivating production teams, the supervisor ensures high morale, improving overall team performance and engagement.
• Enhances Safety Compliance: Ensures that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, creating a safe work environment and reducing accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role, manufacturing experience preferred
• Leadership and Team Management: The ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering trust, empowerment and collaboration, while ensuring a productive work environment.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly, troubleshoot production challenges, and make timely, effective decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly convey instructions, expectations, and feedback to team members and other departments, while also resolving conflicts.
• Time Management and Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple production schedules, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Knowledge of Safety and Compliance: A deep understanding of workplace safety regulations and the ability to enforce these practices to maintain a safe working environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
