Description du poste
LEAP is one of Pernod Ricard's most strategic transformation programs, aimed at designing and deploying a future-ready ERP landscape that will harmonize transactional processes across the Group. At the core of this ambition, LEAP drives greater standardization, efficiency, and scalability, while enabling markets to operate through a more integrated and sustainable business model.
The role of the Business Process Manager Order to Cash within LEAP is to lead the design, integration, and continuous improvement of key O2C capabilities across Pernod Ricard's ERP landscape, with a strong focus on pricing, customer master data, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities.
Your key missions
-
Design remaining detailed O2C ERP processes, ensuring a seamless flow across the full order-to-cash cycle, from customer master data creation and pricing determination to order capture, fulfillment, billing, and issue resolution. Focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability to support diverse market and customer requirements.
-
Be in charge of ERP Customization for O2C: work closely with the ERP implementation team to ensure the solution supports critical business requirements across pricing, customer master data, order management, and related O2C processes, while maintaining overall process standardization and harmonization.
-
Ensure Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, tech, and master data teams to align pricing, customer data, and end-to-end O2C processes with overall business operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and business value delivery.
-
Perform fit-gap analysis workshops on site in collaboration with internal stakeholders as part of upcoming rollouts. Facilitate discussions around identified gaps and assess whether they require enhancements to the global template or can be addressed through local adaptations.
-
Secure data readiness for rollout & scale : Own end‑to‑end O2C data migration readiness for Iberia (master data, transactional data, reconciliation rules, cutover playbooks), lead Mock cycles and defect closure for identified objects, and apply reusable migration standards and governance to accelerate Phase 1 countries onboarding.
-
Stabilize and industrialize O2C process documentation : Finalize and refine global process design, business rules, and SAP configuration documentation across pricing, customer master data, and broader O2C processes based on Detailed Design outcomes, E2E learnings, and market specifics; ensure TAG/Iberia deviations are fully documented to feed a clean, scalable baseline for future markets.
-
Drive change management & business adoption : Lead O2C change impact assessments across pricing, customer master data, order management, billing, and related operational processes for Phase 1 rollout markets. Translate process and system changes into clear business impacts by role and function (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, and Tech), identify adoption risks and readiness gaps, and define targeted mitigation actions. Structure and coordinate role-based change plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, training reinforcement, local champion activation, and business readiness checkpoints.
-
Design and deliver training & capability build-up : Lead the development and deployment of O2C training and capability-building initiatives across pricing, customer master data, and end-to-end operational processes. Structure and facilitate workshops covering business processes, SAP transactions, controls, and E2E scenarios; ensure training materials, user guidance, simulations, and train-the-trainer approaches are robust, scalable, and reusable across markets. Support business readiness by strengthening user understanding, reinforcing process ownership, and enabling consistent adoption of the global template during rollouts and post go-live stabilization.
