Description du poste
LEAP is one of Pernod Ricard's major transformation programs, focused on designing and building a future-proof ERP system (SAP S/4HANA), enabling harmonization of transactional processes across the Group.
We are looking for a Global Tech Process Manager - Finance & Tax to join a dynamic, large-scale greenfield implementation. The role spans the full delivery lifecycle, from design and build through testing, deployment, and stabilization.
The position requires a hands-on SAP expert, working in close collaboration with business, technology, and integration teams. In a context where many stakeholders are not yet familiar with SAP, the role also includes strong business support and knowledge transfer responsibilities.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design & Solutioning
-
Contribute to the design and refinement of Finance (FI) processes within SAP S/4HANA
-
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
-
Ensure alignment with the global template and clean core principles
-
Support data mapping, interfaces, reporting, and integration topics
2. Configuration & Build (Hands-on)
-
Perform SAP FI configuration/customizing across core areas, including:
-
GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets
-
Tax configuration (including DRC-related topics)
-
Integration with Treasury processes and tools (e.g., Kyriba)
-

Ensure solutions are aligned with the global template and clean core principles
-
Collaborate with developers and system integrator on RICEFW objects
-
Contribute to solution adjustments and enhancements as part of delivery
3. Testing, Defect Management & Business Support
-
Contribute to test preparation and execution (unit, integration, UAT)
-
Define and execute test scripts and data preparation
-
Actively manage defect resolution (analysis, prioritization, coordination, retesting)
-
Provide hands-on support to business users during testing and adoption
-
Deliver guidance and knowledge transfer to key users
-
Ensure consistency and reliability of end-to-end Finance processes
4. Data Migration & Cutover
-
Support data migration activities (validation, reconciliation, issue resolution)
-
Contribute to cutover preparation and execution
-
Ensure readiness for go-live from an FI standpoint
5. Go-Live, Stabilization & Industrialisation
-
Support deployment and stabilization activities, including hypercare and issue resolution
-
Contribute to industrialization of processes and solutions, preparing for scale beyond pilot deployments

Structure repeatable approaches, documentation, and best practices
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of the global template
6. Delivery & Coordination
-
Collaborate with business teams, IT, and system integrator
-
Identify risks and contribute to mitigation plans

Ensure delivery is on time, on quality, and aligned with program objectives
PROFILE
-
Master's degree (Engineering, Finance, or Business School)
-
5-10 years of experience in SAP Finance
-
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA FI implementations (greenfield preferred)
-
Strong hands-on configuration/customizing expertise
-
Experience across full project lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
-
Experience with data migration and cutover activities
Key Skills
-
Strong knowledge of SAP FI across core processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
-
Good expertise in tax processes and SAP DRC capabilities
-
Understanding of Treasury processes and integrations (Kyriba is a plus)
-
Ability to work closely with developers and system integrators
-
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and explaining technical concepts
-
Ability to operate in a fast-paced transformation environment
-
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have

Experience in consumer goods / FMCG environment
Languages

Fluent in English - our working language
