As a member of Hospitality Tech GTM & Tech performance team, coordinating effort of all Hospitality tech teams across the globe, you Lead the strategic design and operational excellence of technology deployments across Accor's global hotel network. This role is responsible for three critical dimensions: (1) building and owning our deployment funnels and frameworks to orchestrate rollouts, (2) developing our hospitality tech tooling roadmap to support our regional teams, and (3) contributing to to the reshaping of our IT operating model offers, with role evolution and productivity enhancement as natural consequences of this transformation
Your mission:
1. Deployment Funnel & Framework Design
Design and implement scalable and automated end-to-end deployment frameworks including capacity planning models, demand intake processes, and prioritization criteria to orchestrate technology rollouts
Animate and drive alignment with both product and regional teams through continuous drumbeating/feedback collection
2. Tooling & Field Operations Enablement
Build comprehensive tooling roadmap for field operations (WeMax, ServiceNow, etc.) based on field team needs assessment and value proposition development
Drive end-to-end execution of tooling initiatives from vendor selection through implementation to full adoption by regional deployment teams
Create and deliver structured enablement programs (training calendars, playbooks, performance tracking) ensuring field teams effectively adopt and utilize new tools to enhance productivity
3. IT Operating Model Transformation & Role Evolution
Contributes to the reshaping and redefinition of our IT operating model offers to align with evolving business needs and strategic orientations (e.g. Full Franchise)
Define evolved role definitions, responsibilities, and RACI frameworks as a natural consequence of the new operating model design
Main complexity:
Driving role evolution and organizational change across decentralized regional teams with varying readiness for transformation
Ensuring field teams remain productive and engaged during operating model shifts while adapting to new ways of working and tooling
Dimensions (revenue, budget, headcount…):
Hotels in deployment scope: ~5,500 hotels and 45 brands
Annual deployment projects: 10-15 majors initiatives
Cross functional team size: 50+ stakeholders
Field team coordination: 200+ CTS/TRO resources across regions
And you?
Typical background:
8-10 years of experience in technology deployment, project management, or IT operations in hospitality or multi-site retail environments
Strong background in process design, capacity planning, and operational frameworks
Experience working with SaaS platforms, and providers (e.g. Service Now)
Previous roles may include: Senior Project Manager, Deployment Manager, IT Program Manager, or GTM Manager
