We are looking for a Master Data Manager Configuration Specialist ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Our global Tech team operates in an agile manner within a dynamic product organization. As a key player in our agile setup, you'll have the opportunity to enhance efficiency, foster creativity, and play a pivotal role in our product development process.
As an MDM Configuration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and upgrading our MDM platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business. Sitting at the heart of our Tech MDM Portfolio and member of the MDM platform squad, you will enable master data domain product teams (e.g., Finance, Customer, Supplier, Product & Material) to design, build, and manage master data seamlessly.
Your mission will be to ensure the platform is stable, scalable, and compliant with group standards while continually improving its performance and functionality.
You will also be responsible for leading platform upgrades, implementing technical configurations, and facilitating data integration and harmonization across various systems.
By doing so, you'll help create a unified and efficient master data ecosystem that supports business growth and decision-making.
Your key missions
Platform Configuration, Optimization and Upgrades
Configure and optimize MDM Platform to ensure high performance, scalability and reliability
Lead platform upgrade initiatives, including testing, deployment and adoption of new features
Build reusable workflow, templates and configuration to support master data domain products
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to Tech stakeholders
Standards Implementation & Compliance
Ensure MDM Platform complies with group-wide standards, including architecture, cybersecurity and DevOps best practices
Apply MDM design standards to improve data quality, harmonization and system performance
Data Integration and Harmonization
Configure tools and processes to enable seamless integration and harmonized data transaction between systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, BI, etc.)
Support data propagation and synchronization across business domains and applications
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Monitor MDM platform performance, identify optimization opportunity and resolve bottlenecks
Stay up-to-date with the latest MDM Technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions

5-8 years of experience in MDM Platform configuration, data management or similar technical role
Strong expertise in configuring MDM tools (e.g. Semarchy or similar platforms)
Knowledge of data integration tools (ETL, APIs, middleware), database technologies, Platform and services (SQL, Azure) and data modeling
Experience with CRUD operations, data modeling and platform upgrade processes
Familiarity with DevOps, cybersecurity and architectural best practices
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value
Strong communication skills to engage and partner with stakeholders especially tech
Ability to manage complex upgrade project and collaborate in cross functional teams
Proven experience in enterprise-grade MDM systems within a multi-domain environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
You are fluent in English, French is a plus
