The Junior Workforce Planner supports the organization in managing headcount, workforce forecasting, and HR cost analytics across all SCOR functions and regions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, rigorous data handling, and the ability to transform complex data into clear operational insights.
The Junior Workforce Planner contributes to SCOR's global workforce planning processes by preparing, analyzing, and validating headcount data, HR cost projections, and workforce scenarios. Working closely with HR Business Partners, HR IS, Finance, and global stakeholders, the role supports monthly and quarterly reporting, annual workforce planning cycles, and ongoing HR cost monitoring.
The position is ideal for an early‑career talent who is extremely solid with figures, Excel formulas, data models, and projections, and who can work within a global, matrixed organization. The key mission is to contribute to building and improving workforce planning tools that support COMEX and HR strategic decisions.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Support monthly consolidation of actual HC, FTE evolution, and bridge analyses.
* Prepare workforce projections and support calibration with GHRBPs.
* Assist in analysis of variances versus budget and forecast.
* Contribute to monthly and quarterly HR cost reporting and dashboards.
* Support annual budget and forecast exercises including modelling of salaries, bonuses and social charges.
* Contribute to development of workforce planning tools (Excel/Power BI/ Others).
* Ensure data quality through rigorous checks and reconciliations.
* Work with GHRBPs across regions to validate data inputs.
* Support COMEX reporting preparations.
* Participate in continuous improvement and methodology refinement.

* 0-2 years of experience in Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Finance, or related.
* Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, models, scenarios) and other data management tools (Power BI or other tools)
* Strong data accuracy and structuring skills.
* Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers.
* Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving mindset.
Required Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Economics, HR, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Finance, or related.
