- Lead the setup of the first industrial park project starting January 2025, with subsequent projects planned in Indonesia.
- Recruit and oversee a dedicated team to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure efficient operations and maintenance of all industrial parks in Southeast Asia.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities to facilitate project success.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to explore and evaluate new park development opportunities.
- Introduce Suez best practices to enhance operational performance and increase financial outcomes across all parks.
Description du profil
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years in WTP and WWTP operations, including a minimum of 8 years managing multiple industrial plants.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing Suez's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) system in a new industrial park is highly advantageous.
- Prior working experience in Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam and Indonesia; expatriate experience is essential if not directly experienced in the region.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and business practices.
- Highly attentive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Proven capability in preparing and delivering effective presentation materials.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in data analysis.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to lead high-level meetings with stakeholders and clients autonomously.
