Unlike your usual Operator Maintainerrole, we are looking for a Process Technician Maintainer. In this role you willhave more responsibility to work autonomously and make decisions to optimiseplant processes.
We are looking for an Electrical Operator Maintainer to join the team in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plantslocated in the Christies & Aldinga Beach region.
The ProcessTechnician Maintainers play a key part in the efficient operationof the plants. The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop and continually improve operational practices to enable optimal performance and efficiency
- Undertake maintenance work including preventive tasks, fault diagnosis and repair
- Perform sampling and laboratory testing to confirm optimum operation of the plant and functionality of instrumentation
- Effectively manage power usage and find improved efficiencies to reduce the associated costs
- Provide support to other members of the maintenance team
- Provide 'on-call' support to your allocated plant/s on a rotating roster
Description du profil
To beconsidered for an Process Technician Maintainer position you will bringprevious experience in a similar environment, at minimum demonstratedexperience and understanding of an industrial/plant-based workenvironment. The essential requirements include:
- Relevant Electrical Trade Certificates/Qualifications and licences
- Experience in diagnosing faults with, and the repair of, complex electrical control systems or mechanical equipment
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
