Trissential is seeking a Business Analyst to join our client's team in St. Paul, MN. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify needs and resolve conflicts
• Conduct impact assessments and support business case development
• Support operational readiness and change management activities
• Assist with testing and deployment support, including creating test scenarios
• Champion PMO best practices and mentor junior analysts
• Participate in solution evaluation and post-implementation reviews

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Professional certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)
• Experience in change management and operational readiness activities
• Exposure to PMO governance and standardized processes

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• Business Analysis certification preferred
