Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a knack for quality assurance and Agile delivery? Trissential is seeking a BA/QA Hybrid professional to join our client's team in the Fiscal and Administrative Services (FAS) division. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead application migration testing and drive requirements management across complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis and requirements management for application migration projects
- Elicit and document requirements using interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
- Conduct data analysis, mapping, and documentation of data needs
- Create user story maps, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and manage backlog refinement
- Facilitate discovery sessions, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Perform requirements verification and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver quality solutions
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentor team members
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years as an IT Business Analyst
- 3+ years working on Agile project/product teams
- Experience with data migration, data mapping, and tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL
- Proficiency in backlog management, story writing, and refinement using JIRA
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
- Advanced knowledge of Quality Assurance and Project Management activities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Scrum Master experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS and EDC4 applications
- Familiarity with multi-system data integration and reporting
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Business Analyst Certification (IIBA or equivalent)

$114,000-$122,000 annually or $65-$69 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location.
