Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a knack for quality assurance and Agile delivery? Trissential is seeking a BA/QA Hybrid professional to join our client's team in the Fiscal and Administrative Services (FAS) division. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead application migration testing and drive requirements management across complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis and requirements management for application migration projects
• Elicit and document requirements using interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
• Conduct data analysis, mapping, and documentation of data needs
• Create user story maps, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and manage backlog refinement
• Facilitate discovery sessions, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Perform requirements verification and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliver quality solutions
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentor team members

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8+ years as an IT Business Analyst
• 3+ years working on Agile project/product teams
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL
• Proficiency in backlog management, story writing, and refinement using JIRA
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
• Advanced knowledge of Quality Assurance and Project Management activities

Bonus Points If You Have

• Scrum Master experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS and EDC4 applications
• Familiarity with multi-system data integration and reporting

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Business Analyst Certification (IIBA or equivalent)

  $114,000-$122,000 annually or $65-$69 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
