This 6-month internship aims to start in January or February 2026.
Step into the world of financial ratings at the heart of a global reinsurer.
Join SCOR's Investor Relations & Rating Agencies team and gain hands-on exposure to credit ratings, capital models, and strategic financial analysis. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top rating agencies, contribute to high-impact analyses for senior management, and develop a deep understanding of the (re)insurance and financial risk ecosystem within a truly international environment.
You will be in charge of enhancing the quarterly reporting process of rating capital models. In particular, along with the closing and operating plan processes you will review and analyse deviations compared to the plan and update projections. You will also contribute to regular analysis on SCOR's rating for the top management and ad-hoc analyses on key projects.
Responsibilities:
Within the 'Investor relations and rating agencies' department, you will be involved in all matters related to the rating of SCOR:

Quarterly analysis of SCOR's capitalization measured by S&P capital model within the Operating and reforecast plan process
* Active participation in the year-end actuals capitalization analysis, including the capital models of S&P, AM Best, Fitch; as well as the analysis of Moody's scorecard
* Automation of the annual reporting process to the agencies, including the surveys covering the performance and exposures of SCOR's businesses

Description du profil
Qualifications:
* You are ideally enrolled in a Master's degree in a Business or Engineering school with a strong interest in the insurance sector.
* Strong financial, Insurance knowledge appreciated
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office package with the mindset of process automation, experience with SAP appreciated
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
