*Your Mission*
We are looking for EU Policy and Advocacy Manager to join our CISO & Future developments Directorate in Pierre's team : a team of 10 collaborators!
The CISO & Future developments is in charge of Information security and business continuity, Future developments & In Service Improvement Program, Environment/Sustainability, Public Affairs, Advocacy and strategic partnerships.
As EU Policy and Advocacy Manager, you will work in coordination with the Public Affairs, Partnerships & Ecosystem Director as well as one Policy Analyst apprentice.
You will be instrumental in strengthening ATR's position within European institutional bodies, contributing to local representation, and anticipating regulatory and political developments, with a strong focus on EU affairs.
*Main Missions:*
*Regulatory advocacy and Representation in EU Alliances & Professional Associations*
* Monitor legislative and regulatory developments with a focus on EU regulations
* Coordinate with ATR's directorates to identify and address regulatory risks and opportunities
* Follow parliamentary agendas and develop relationships with parliamentary stakeholders.
* Nurture and strengthen ATR's institutional network including at the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Investment Bank
* Represent ATR in key European alliances and professional associations such as ERA, AZEA, and ASD.
* Preparation of briefing notes, position papers and presentations, external meetings, conferences in Brussels as required.
*Funding opportunities*
* Contribute to the identification and application of funding opportunities supporting ATR's ambitions
*Export Support*
* As a complement to ATR's engagement with the French diplomacy, increase Italian government awareness of ATR's export countries and strategic campaigns.
* Liaise with Leonardo Public Affairs and International Affairs teams.
* Contribute to align internal stakeholders and external institutional priorities regarding major export campaigns.
*Ad Hoc Public Affairs & Advocacy Missions*
* Collect information and manage ATR's reporting requirements in European and French transparency registers
* Contribute to local/regional representation
* Manage, contribute to, and proofread institutional communication tools.
* Contribute to ATR's public affairs strategies and major events, exhibitions, and institutional visits.
*About You*
* Degree in political science, international relations, public affairs, Legal or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in European government relations, public affairs, or a similar role, ideally within the industry or aviation.
* Extensive knowledge of EU institutions and EU decision-making process. In-depth knowledge of EU global issues (e.g.: energy and industry topics and sustainability and climate policies, trade and international affairs).
* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills and ability to synthesize complex issues and translate policy into business-oriented recommendations.
* High-quality written and verbal communication skills, including writing policy briefs, consultation submissions, talking points and other materials; recognized research and analytical skills.
* Experience translating policy and politics to a business audience.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to represent ATR policy positions with authority and persuasion. Developed understanding of corporate communication and reputation management.
* Fluency in English and French (Proficiency in Italian is a plus).
* Frequent travels to Brussels

Nous recherchons un/une EU Policy and Advocacy Manager pour rejoindre notre Direction CISO & Future Developments au sein de l'équipe de Pierre : une équipe de 10 collaborateurs !
La Direction CISO & Future Developments est en charge de la sécurité de l'information et de la continuité des activités, du développement futur et du programme d'amélioration en service, de l'environnement/développement durable, des affaires publiques et des partenariats stratégiques.
En tant que EU Policy and Advocacy Manager, vous travaillerez en coordination avec le Directeur des Affaires Publiques, Partenariats & Écosystème ainsi qu'un apprenti analyste politique.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le renforcement de la position d'ATR au sein des institutions européennes, en contribuant à la représentation locale et en anticipant les évolutions réglementaires et politiques, avec un fort accent sur les affaires européennes.
*1 - Suivi réglementaire et représentation au sein des alliances et associations professionnelles de l'UE*
* Veiller et analyser les évolutions législatives et réglementaires avec un accent particulier sur les réglementations européennes.
* Se coordonner avec les directions d'ATR afin d'identifier et traiter les risques et opportunités réglementaires.
* Suivre les agendas parlementaires et développer des relations avec les parties prenantes parlementaires.
* Entretenir et renforcer le réseau institutionnel d'ATR, y compris auprès de la Commission…
