Are you a visionary leader ready to transform finance and legal operations on a global scale? Bureau Veritas, a 196-year-old trusted partner serving 400,000 clients across 140 countries, is seeking an experienced Director, DxT Finance & Legal - Center of Excellence to lead our digital transformation journey.

In this strategic role, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions that modernize our Finance and Legal functions worldwide. Leading a talented, multicultural team across APAC, EMEA, and America, you'll oversee end-to-end solution delivery-from ERP systems and credit management to digital invoicing and contract lifecycle management-while optimizing costs and ensuring operational excellence.

The DxT organization is the digital backbone of Bureau Veritas Group, delivering innovative technology solutions that power our core business operations. We are responsible for :

• Foundations & Systems Transformation - Modernizing our IT infrastructure and legacy systems
• Operational Digital Transformation - Enabling business efficiency through digital innovation
• IT Infrastructure Management - Overseeing endpoint management, network operations, and system reliability
• Cybersecurity - Protecting our global operations and data assets
• Data & Innovation - Driving insights and emerging technology initiatives

Key responsibilities:

Digital Solution Delivery

• Define and execute the digital roadmap for Finance and Legal functions, aligned with Product owners
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions (ERP, credit management, CLM, digital invoicing).
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, compliance standards, and user experience expectations.
• Integrate new acquisitions / divestment project
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

• Establish and manage service delivery models for Finance & Legal digital platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards for internal teams and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, analytics, and feedback loops.
