We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel - Compliance!
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Fixed-term contract (CDD): ASAP - December 2026
Your key missions:
1. Corruption risk map execution
- You will play a key role in the deployment of the Group's Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program, under the supervision of the Legal Counsel - Compliance, with a strong involvement in Group-level initiatives.
- You will support the end-to-end execution of the Group's corruption risk mapping project, coordinating with external service providers and ensuring the proper functioning of the supporting digital solution, including the swift resolution of any technical issues.
- You will animate and moderate E&C communication channels, ensuring smooth information flow, timely updates, and active engagement within the global E&C network, while acting as a central point of contact for Local Compliance Officers (LCOs).
- You will review corruption risk assessments submitted by LCOs and prepare analysis and recommendations for discussion with the Legal Counsel - Compliance, who will decide whether to challenge such assessments.
- You will contribute to the consolidation of risk mapping results by performing data analysis, preparing summaries, and developing high-quality presentation materials for Group-level restitution.
2. Support to the E&C program deployment
- You will contribute to the rollout, implementation, and update of Group E&C policies, procedures, and guidelines (including anti-corruption, gifts & hospitality, and third-party due diligence).
- You will support awareness and training initiatives across the Group by creating and updating E&C content and training materials.
- You will participate in the continuous improvement of E&C tools, liaising directly with tool operators and providers.
3. Animation of the E&C network
- You will help animate the E&C network by preparing and facilitating meetings and communications, including the development of supporting slide decks.
- You will act as community manager for the E&C team's digital communication channels (MyPortal, Teams) and support the E&C team in its day-to-day activities.
4. Compliance Days execution
- You will contribute to the preparation of key initiatives such as the Compliance Days, from defining the overall format and structure to developing all associated content from concept to final deliverables.
