We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Account Executive to help accelerate Pitchy’s growth across France and international markets.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, leading complex sales cycles, and closing strategic enterprise deals.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on creating opportunities from scratch — a true sales hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do :
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative outreach
• Book and run your own meetings with enterprise prospects
• Own the entire sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract
• Build and execute targeted account strategies for high-value enterprise prospects
• Run discovery calls, product demos, and executive presentations
• Engage multiple stakeholders across departments such as Marketing, Communications, HR, Learning, and Digital teams
• Lead sales negotiations and multi-year SaaS agreements
• Represent Pitchy at industry events, conferences, and webinars
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize deal success
Your mission is simple: build pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
What Success Looks Like :
First 3 months :
You ramp quickly on the product and market, start building your own pipeline, and confidently run discovery calls and demos.
Within 6 months :
You manage a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities and begin closing your first enterprise deals.
Within 12 months :
You consistently generate pipeline, close strategic deals, and play a key role in driving Pitchy’s growth.

What We’re Looking For :
• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and meetings
• Strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and enterprise negotiations
• Experience selling internationally is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of SaaS sales models (subscriptions, renewals, multi-year contracts)
Language Requirements :
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Professional working proficiency in French
