Missions :
DRIVE SELL-IN
· Assist & drive the buy in theshowroom with clients every season.
· Assist clients with our B2B orderplatform.
· Create order recaps through masterfile per client.
· Liaise with customer service forreorders.
DRIVE SELL-OUT
· Help organize instore animations& staff incentives.
· Contribute to the weekly meeting withthe customer service for delivery follow-up and target achievement.
· Coordinate tactical marketingprojects and animation in stores.
· Attend business reviews withoperators and report on the minutes of meeting.
REPORTING& STOCK MANAGEMENT
· Contribute to the Monthly sell-outreports and KPIs and build Sell-in reports with the MBP team.
· Organize with the customer serviceclients' stock returns.
· Create with the support of MBPreplenishment and new POS assortments.
· Assist clients needs with IT Tools.
· Submit invoices on our internalplatform.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
· Increase instore visibility.
· Support VM subject for operators (POSneeds: inventory, seasonal toolbox, PLV, visuals)
· Visit our POS in Paris (maybe otherkey cities): update VM, training, reporting.
· Provide VM recommendation followingour guidelines to the partners.
FAIRS
· Contribute with the team, to theYearly TFWA (Global Travel Retail Summit in Cannes every year)
· Help in managing the relationshipwith the agencies organizing the event.

- Currently enrolled in business school
- English required
- Experience in wholesale fashion is a plus
