Description du poste
Please note this is a two-year VIE contract based at Havana, Cuba
Purpose of the position:
In a context of increasing digitalization and transformation of ways of working, Havana Club is facing many challenges due to existing IT limitations in Cuba. It therefore becomes essential to strengthen the IT governance and relationship with Pernod Ricard. The VIE IT will join the IT & Transformation Department (created in November 2022), composed of IT Operations, IT Solutions & Transformation teams. He will assist the IT & Transformation Director in reinforcing local IT governance and supporting HCI's ambitions regarding the evolution of IT activities. He will also play a huge role in the IT coordination with PR HQ, with the objective to close the gap between PR IT environment and HCI IT environment. The VIE IT will coordinate Transformation projects for IT, Operations and Sales & Marketing Departments. He will empower projects leader to be proactive on their projects and will be responsible of reaching deadline as a project manager. The VIE will provide his international expertise in project management in a pedagogical and methodological way. It is primordial to be able to engage people by helping HCI project leaders to become autonomous in their project management role and help them improve their management projects skills and leadership skills. The VIE will functionally report to the Pernod Ricard CFO and will work closely with the IT & Transformation Director, the Transformation leader, the IT Operation leader and the IT Solution leader.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
1) IT & TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS COORDINATION & BUSINESS ANALISIS (60%)
▪ Assist HCI IT Solutions & Transformation teams in the implementation and technical support of PR digital projects
▪ Coordinate IT projects such as Cybersecurity, Servers upgrades, Industrial network segmentation, Exact globe (ERP) and Synergy Central Master Data Management (workflow management system) version upgrades… (creation and follow-up of planning, milestones and budget)
▪ Coordinate the new ERP implementation for HCI, from requirements gathering to tool setup and user training
▪ Document production management system and sales processes digitalization
▪ Participate in the elaboration of presentations for Pernod Ricard top management (Boards' meetings, Budget meetings) for IT topics
▪ Support HCI talents to help them improving their management projects skills and leadership skills. The VIE must be proactive to ensure that projects are running on time.
2) IT COORDINATION WITH PERNOD RICARD HQ (20%)
▪ Be the key point of contact with PR IT Governance, to ensure that HCI's context is considered in every Group digital project from the beginning (tenders, selection of IT supplier, etc)
▪ Work closely with HQ IT & Legal teams to find or develop alternatives adapted to Cuban context if needed
▪ Liaise with PR IT Security Team in order to align local cybersecurity strategy with Group strategy, in collaboration with local expert-Adapt PR IT policies and processes to local context for all IT activities
▪ Liaise with PR IT Audit team in the conduction of IT related Audit from the group.
3) LOCAL IT GOVERNANCE (20%)
▪ Assist the IT Director in the definition of IT strategy and IT roadmap, as well as the organization of the department (ways of working, responsibilities, etc)
▪ Elaborate new reports/dashboards to be sent to senior management, with the collaboration of Head of IT Operations and Head of IT Solutions (ex: servers' capacity, incident system KPIs, overall IT situation…)
▪ Participate in the elaboration of IT presentations for monthly Management Committees
Required experiences and skills:
• Level of study: Postgraduate - University/Engineering or Business School graduate (Master's degree), computer science or related fields preferred
• Required years of professional experiences: A previous experience in IT project management and/or in other IT functions is necessary.
• Experience/knowledge in Cybersecurity is a plus.
• Language required: Fluency in Spanish and English, French is an advantage.
• Tools: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. Power BI / Knowledge of EPM/ERP tools is a plus.
