Based at headquarters, you will be part of the Business Development and Innovation team, mobilizing the available levers to drive engagement and foster an innovation culture among employees.

Your tasks will be (in order of importance):

- Co-administrate the innovation management platform - Sioux

• Promote and administrate group campaigns
• Be available to support innovation managers and innovators in the use of the platform
• Be a point of contact for the external solution provider and the internal IT team

- Assist with innovation communication and engagement initiatives

• Intranet management
• Internal marketing on innovation
• Organize trainings / webinars on innovation

- Support SPIE's innovation community by:

• Producing and diffusing reference documents
• Being a point of contact for the innovation referents

- Provide support on project management - according to project status

• Strategic monitoring
• Project follow-up
• Quality reviews
