Your Impact:
As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership teams across the International Direction, driving people strategies that align with business objectives and foster operational excellence. You will balance strategic organizational design with hands-on talent management, coaching leaders, and championing the employee experience.
Missions
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership: Partner closely with functional leaders to understand business priorities, diagnose people implications and develop HR strategies that support commercial and organizational goals.
End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Own and oversee the holistic employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring continuous engagement, development, and support at every career stage.
Organizational Design & Restructuring: Design and implement agile organizational structures that support growth and shifting business priorities. Lead change management initiatives with a focus on sustaining engagement.
Talent Acquisition & Mobility: Drive the recruitment for your perimeter, while proactively managing internal talent mobility, career paths, and cross-functional rotations to retain top performers.
Talent Management & People Reviews: Lead structured performance management cycles and regular People Reviews / talent calibrations. Identify high-potential talent, map succession plans, and partner with leadership on targeted development strategies.
Compensation & Total Rewards: Partner with the C&B team to execute annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, promotions, and recognition programs aligned with business performance and internal equity.
Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee relations matters. Ensure compliance with local labor laws while championing inclusion, diversity, and cultural values.
Profil
PROFILE
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years operating as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (retail, luxury, tech, or corporate matrixed environments preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with financial and operational business targets.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently within a collaborative team environment.
- Curious mindset with a passion for innovation, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required to effectively support the diverse teams and stakeholders.
