Air Liquide France Industrie réunit les activités de production et de commercialisation des gaz industriels en France avec 4 branches d'activité complémentaires : Grande Industrie, Industriel Marchand, Electronique et Hydrogène. La filiale compte 2400 collaborateurs, répartis sur 58 sites sur l'ensemble du territoire, et sert plus de 200 000 clients, de l'artisan aux industriels de la pétrochimie, des laboratoires d'analyse au secteur des semi-conducteurs et à la métallurgie.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
The HR Data Analyst & Performance Manager, has a strong role to play in supporting all organizational changes for Industry within the Cluster SWE.Regarding PEX control & organization effectiveness, and in close coordination with HR & ops control teams, the main focus is to:

follow, anticipate and analyse headcount and PEX evolution at the Cluster SWE

contribute to a strong governance regarding headcount & PEX management (hiring control, salary increase assumptions…)
-
ensure the proper deployment and use of the Group job Catalogue to simplify the monitoring & development of organisational structures
-
develop Organization Effectiveness Mindset (trainings for HR and business leaders) and support crafting simple, readable and effective organizations to foster our business performances
-
ensure organizational fundamentals (span, layers…) are well deployed in every organization
-
provide advice in terms of Organizational Design for major transformation projects and local initiatives
-
secure the availability of high quality HR data (including but not limited to myHR data) to develop performing organizational schemes and contribute to an efficient and relevant communication with group's stakeholders regarding HR data for the Cluster

support some specific reportings & programs (gender diversity, support to the AI acceleration program for instance)
Regarding the performance of the HR function, the main focus is on continuously optimizing the quality of service, with the support of AI tools, what is done and how it is done by:
-
analyzing the current performance of the HR function serving the Cluster SWE and identifying improvement areas

optimizing high-volume administrative tasks and prioritizing streamlining payroll & HR processes to focus on value creation,
-
ensuring HR Teams integrate the new practices of an efficient operating model harmonized across countries and regions and apply documented HR Standards on selected core procedures to raise the consistency of our HR service quality

supporting, in coordination with entity HRs, HR BSCs, HR COEs, HR corporate functions, the implementation of required changes in order to comply with the new HR Target Operating Model
The HR Data Analyst & Performance Manager will work closely with HR professionals of the Group (counterparts in other clusters/GBU/functions, HR COEs, HRDs & HRBPs) but also other support functions like finance and will partner with Cluster leaders to better develop and deploy Organizational Design programs.

Educational & Work Experience:

Master degree with major in economics or similar

8-10 years relevant work experience, ideally in similar business organization or in HR
