As a Junior HR Support, you will collaborate closely with two Global HR Business Partners to ensure the smooth delivery of HR processes and activities.
This role offers strong exposure to core HR topics such as performance, talent management, people data, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. You will contribute to the preparation of HR materials, coordination of meetings, and the continuous improvement of HR processes in an international environment.
Key duties and responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1 HR Process Execution & Follow-up
* Support the day‑to‑day coordination of HR activities for the Global HRBPs.
* Prepare documents, data reports, summaries, trackers, and presentations ahead of HR meetings.
* Help organise HR processes such as talent reviews, compensation review, performance discussions, and workshops.
* Track follow‑up actions and ensure information flows smoothly among stakeholders.
1 HR Systems & Data Management
* Assist in delivering the performance management cycle by gathering data, updating trackers, and preparing materials.
* Support talent reviews by helping prepare population analyses, calibration documents, and organisational insights.
* Prepare data inputs to support compensation and controlling cycles.
* Conduct regular checks to maintain high‑quality employee data in HR systems and suggest corrections when needed.
1 Communication & Employee Support
* Draft clear internal communications, templates, and guidelines for managers and employees.
* Prepare, format, and update HR presentations and documentation.

* Organize and coordinate HR events and meetings (talent reviews, performance calibrations, workshops), managing agendas, logistics, documentation, and follow‑up actions.

* Provide support with travel arrangements and expense reports.
1 Projects & Continuous Improvement
* Participate actively in global HR initiatives, including Job Architecture, Skills Framework, DE&I actions, engagement programs, or transformation streams.

Technical Competencies
