Users Support:

• Provides IT solutions for business users along with telecommunication services for all entities in the EMME countries.
• Computer fleet management (Asset management, patching, Windows upgrade, hardware…)
• Mobile fleet management (IPAD, iPhone and Android devices configuration following the standard procedures)
• Provides technical assistance to all employees when needed.
• Maintains backup and restore procedures for users' data (Druva / OneDrive)
• Ensures that the global antivirus/EDR solution is properly deployed, and the global policies are well applied.
• Applying the onboarding and offboarding ServiceNow requests, following the IT services policies and procedures.
• Handles the ServiceNow end users requests and makes sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
• Maintains printers, faxes, laptops, computers, photocopiers, all hardware, and its repairs in coordination with the USS
• Manager, documenting problems and resolutions to enrich our FAQ / Knowledge base, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.

IT Infrastructure

• Manages local business servers' backups (Veeam/NetBackup).
• Ensures proper operations of the servers and network equipment in coordination with the Infrastructure Manager.
• Manages the internal LAN, the IP addresses allocation and other network equipment.
• Establish all IT requirements for Events (Cameras / Microphones / integration with MS teams / Wi-Fi / Display Setup and all multimedia related equipment)

Cybersecurity

• Cybersecurity projects and incidents follow-up in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Officer.

• BA in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-years' experience in the networking field
• Good command of English languages. French is an asset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to drive with a valid driving license.
• Ability to work under stress (EX: Crisis situation)
