1/ YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As part of the International Retail Learning team, you will contribute to the development of client experience excellence by designing, delivering, and tracking learning initiatives dedicated to Ready-to-Wear and Shoes collections, for both Women's and Men's universes.
Reporting to the Senior RTW/Shoes Training Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening product knowledge, styling expertise, and commercial performance across the retail network. Your mission will be to support store teams and regional learning communities in embodying the brand vision through impactful and engaging learning experiences.
Based in Paris, this role works in close collaboration with regional learning teams, HQ product & merchandising teams, and the worldwide retail network, in a fast-paced, demanding, and highly creative luxury environment.
Missions
2/ YOUR IMPACT
Training Design & Learning Development
- Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of learning programs dedicated to Ready-to-Wear and Shoes, in line with the overall business and retail strategy.
- Develop engaging training materials across different formats and learning modalities, ensuring a blended and effective learning approach.
- Create content covering new launches, seasonal collections, capsules, and permanent product lines.
- Translate product and silhouette knowledge into clear, inspiring, and actionable learning content for retail teams.
- Ensure all materials reflect the brand's standards, product excellence, and client experience ambitions.
Training Facilitation & Roll-out
- Deliver impactful training sessions both face-to-face and remotely for retail teams and regional learning communities.
- Facilitate learning sessions around product knowledge, styling, silhouette, and selling readiness.
- Support and coordinate training preparation, administration, and follow-up to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives.
- Monitor regional roll-out and training outreach to ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets.
Retail Support
- Analyze training impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as a partner to the retail network by reinforcing knowledge, engagement, and client experience excellence.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with HQ product development, merchandising teams and regional learning teams to develop, implement, and assess both existing and new training programs.
- Support the wider retail learning community and contribute to building a strong culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
- Bring expertise and inspiration to the network through a strong understanding of silhouette, styling, materials and product construction.
Profil
3/ KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education
- University degree or equivalent higher education background.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of cumulative professional experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, training, product development or collection merchandising ideally within Ready-to-Wear and/or Shoes.
- Solid understanding of the luxury retail environment and its standards.
- Experience working directly with stores or in close partnership with retail teams.
- Experience in designing and delivering training content across multiple learning formats is a strong advantage.
Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, fashion industry, fabrics, and materials.
- Ability to translate product expertise into engaging and business-oriented learning experiences.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
- Agile, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Autonomous and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset combined with a strong drive for results.
- Curious and always eager to learn.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
Languages
- Excellent command of English & French, both written and spoken
