Your Daily Mission

Join the adventure: after a training period with your Leader and various mentors, you will be the Accounting Partner for a dedicated country within the Production activity. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring reliable accounting and guaranteeing compliance with Group standards, during and outside closing periods.

• Leading monthly P&L debriefs with the FP&A team.

• Supervising internal and external audits to ensure they run smoothly.

• Acting as a liaison with other Decathlon financial services (Consolidation, Treasury, Management Control).

• Performing monthly controls and analyses, as well as a full quarterly review of financial statements with the CVO of your scope CVO.

• Implementing action plans to improve accounting efficiency and quality within your scope.

Environment & Location

You will be part of a multicultural team of over 60 people and will be based in Lille (France), at our 'Jardin des Plantes' site.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• Master's Degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, or Management.

• A successful initial experience in a corporate setting or a financial audit firm would be a significant asset.

Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge of main accounting cycles (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, etc.).

• Proficiency in Excel and comfort in data management.
