We'reseeking a proactive and strategic partner to support our Senior LeadershipTeam, acting as a trusted advisor who anticipates needs, identifies risks andopportunities, and elevates leadership decision‑making. In this role, you'llprepare leaders with insight‑driven briefings, strengthen communication flows,optimise prioritisation, and contribute to strategic planning that drives ourgrowth. Your deep understanding of business priorities will ensure our VP andSLT remain focused on the highest‑value work.

You'llalso be the operational engine behind effective leadership, coordinatingcomplex workflows, managing dynamic calendars, and enabling clarity in a fast‑pacedenvironment. From orchestrating meetings and preparing briefing packs tosupporting leadership events and enhancing operational processes, you'llsimplify complexity, streamline systems, and remove barriers before they arise.This is a role for someone who thrives on improving how leadership teamsoperate - ensuring efficiency, alignment, and consistent execution at thehighest level.

Description du profil

We'relooking for someone with deep experience supporting senior executives, ideallyat VP or C‑suite level, who thrives in fast‑paced, complex, or matrixenvironments. You bring strong strategic awareness, the ability to influenceacross functions, and exceptional judgement in high‑stakes situations. Withadvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tools, youcommunicate with clarity, manage stakeholders with confidence, and operate withdiscretion, emotional intelligence, and a genuine growth mindset.Qualifications in Executive Support, Business Administration, ProjectManagement, or Technology are highly regarded.
