Project Officer - M/F

You will join the International Department (DI) of Suez Consulting. DIhas a turnover of more than 50M€,realized in EU, Eastern Europe, Asia, Pacific, Africa and Middle East. Theprojects are mostly financed by international donors (AFD, WB, ADB, EU,EIB...), for which our teams intervene in engineering and consulting ofessential services: water & wastewater infrastructures, environment &waste circular economy, urban planning, mobilities, energy transition andeconomy and governance - mainly in developing and emerging countries.

Based in Bucarest - Romania, you will join the European Union BU as a Project Officer.

You will report to the Country Manager for Romania. Your role will be to help him to manage experts to develop projects and activities in Romania :

• Identify key and non-key experts according to project specific requirements

• Close cooperation with Project Management team to supply the experts according to project needs
• Recruit experts within the project budget limits
• Gather all documents required by the ToRs, related to expert studies and experience
• Negociate contractual conditions with each expert, once the main consultancy contract is signed. Prepare contracts with each expert.
• Monthly check of the declared inputs for each expert on projects
• Record all experts requests related to their conditions (fees, housing, daily allowances, etc).
• Build and monthly up-date an expert database
